We start off with a heavy duty steel base with a hardened steel gate plate, a reverse lockout feature that only requires one hand to operate, and complies with NHRA/IHRA safety rules. Then add the billet aluminum shift handle with classic white shift knob, lightweight aluminum trigger and finish it off with a brushed aluminum cover with quick release pins, and you end up with one good looking bullet-proof race shifter. Optional Forward and Reverse shift pattern gate plates are available for most popular 2, 3 and 4-speed transmissions. This model Pro Stick comes out of the box ready for action for most popular 3-speed transmissions, includes a 5-foot Super Duty shift cable, brackets, levers, hardware and detailed instructions for an easy installation. The unit features a cnc billet aluminum case with an electric blue anodized finish which houses internal components made from super tough 4140 chromoly. The shift throw has been reduced by 35% over the factory shifter along with the detent pressure which has been significantly increased creating a noticeably stiffer shift feel. This was done to address problems with the softness of the factory shifter detent springs which easily pop out of gear while off-roading. The shifter uses the factory shift stick and knob, however a new B&M shift handle is also in the works that will accept a variety of traditional threaded knobs. B&M Racing is the first and only company to address the JK's need for an upgraded manual shifter option. Made in the USA and supported by a Lifetime Limited Warranty.
