Designed for LJ owners who already have a Rubicon Express Super-Flex short arm suspension system, these kits allow you to upgrade to the Extreme-Duty Long Arm System. Our Extreme-Duty Long Arm System will provide noticeable improvements in your LJs on road handling, returning a nearly stock ride quality. Off road you will see unmatched performance on the most extreme trails. These upgrade systems include a three-piece belly pan for easy transfer case and transmission access; rear stainless steel brake lines and the Chromoly Rubicon Express Extreme-Duty Long Arms. Lift heights depends on the system you are upgrading. Rubicon's Long Arm Tri-Link system eliminates the rear track bar, allowing for true up/down wheel travel, while enhancing anti-squat for those steep climbs. On-road tracking is improved, and the kit is bolt-on for factory Dana 35 and Dana 44 rear ends. Kit includes front and rear control arms using 2 .250 wall, 4130 Chromoly material. Also included with the kit is Rubicon's newest misalignment joint design, the Builder Ball. Links are made from super heavy duty 2 DOM with a wall thickness of 1/4. Extra large 1.25 Creeper Joints are used for the link ends.
